Rachel is currently a pre-law student attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Spanish. She began her political advocacy by interning for the Elizabeth Warren Campaign during the 2020 presidential election where she fought in the caucuses and continues her involvement through her position as Secretary for the UNLV College Dems. She cultivates her aspirations to become a lawyer in international law as a member of the UNLV Mock Trial team where she serves as Treasurer. She is a member of the LGBT community and a fierce advocate for LGBT rights, a supporter of gun reform, and passionate about environmental issues such as climate change. In her free time, she serves in the local community, especially in ways that can get her closer to nature, such as community gardens.
